Note: only worn once for upcoming review lace still attached not cut off. This hair feels soft when conditioned. I did a fresh out of the box install and at the time it didn't hold a curl. This sometimes happens with body wave wigs of if it isn't washed prior to installation. It pretty smooth since I've washed it.
